Job Description
- Product Quality Management:
- Process Product Concern Report & Technical pre-approval raised by Field team
- Carry out product quality analysis and contribute with effective feedback
- Expertise in Power train aggregates (Engine/Transmission/Axles etc)
- Field Quality Management & Issue Resolution
- Field Quality concern analysis for faster issue resolution
- Flying doctor support – Participate in Joint investigations as CFT
- Provide Technical clarifications on product issues to the wholesale and retail team
- New product/aggregate monitoring & reporting to management
- Preparation and release of field communication on Technical topics
- Warranty claim analysis on both (Technical and cost aspects)
- Organize Product Quality Workshops
- Technological Innovation:
- BSVI – Develop used cases for Telematics / CAN Signals to proactively alert customers
- Assist field team to resolve quality concerns with use of technology
