Job Description
•Drafting/Reviewing Patent application
•Managing/ preforming activities in relation to Patent,Design,Copyright filing
•Prosecutionof Patent, Design and Copyright in India and foreign jurisdictions
•Maintenance of IPRs (Renewal/ Annuity) and updating internal OIDS system
•Statement of commercial working
•Liaison with attorneys for timely updating and uploading of documents and other relevant internal agencies
•Replying to inventors for all queries or status or as required
•Providing IPR filing details to different agencies as required
Administrative Activities (40%):
•Rewards & Recognition
•IPR Management systemdevelopment, resolvingall issues related to the systemand supporting to upgrade the systemon regular basis
•Clearing invoices of attorneys and other service providers as per the agreed tariffs and special cases as per the inputs from the concerned departmental colleagues
•Being a SPoC for complying with departmental requirements including quality system management or any other assigned projects
•Complying to the legal requirements in relation to filing or prosecution of IPRs in India and foreign countries (Copyright docs, PoA, DoA)
• Other departmental works as assigned
