Job Description
- Create business solutions by applying your knowledge to solve problems in complicated industries like manufacturing, oil and gas, energy, and transportation.
- 5+ years of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement (CRM) implementation experience (including guiding the design, configuration and testing of core Dynamics 365 CRM modules, and hands on configuration of the Dynamics 365 CRM application) and 3 full lifecycle Dynamics 365 CRM implementations experience are key to this role.
- Responsible for consulting on Dynamics 365 CRM engagements including: developing the Solution Blueprint of Dynamics 365 CRM, implementation, upgrade, and/or extension of existing applications.
- Effective client-facing interpersonal skills; comfortable and effective acting as liaison between multiple technology groups and representing groups in large scale meetings.
- Ability to quickly develop and maintain a high level of knowledge on CRM products and remain expert on current product capabilities.
- Strong initiative, customer-service orientation and commitment to insuring timely, quality solutions to customer issues.
- Ability to recognize billable opportunities and secure other remote or custom development work
- Demonstrates excellent written and verbal communication skills. Listens effectively, transmits information accurately and understandably, and actively seeks feedback. Effectively presents and explains information to various group sizes and levels of knowledge.
- Well-organized, self-directed team player. Prioritizes and plans work activities, uses time efficiently and develops realistic action plans.
- Demonstrates professionalism, discretion, and good judgment in all interactions with co-workers, customers, partners and others.
