Job Description
- Diagnosing technical problems, determining corrective actions and repairing products and/or systems via remote or on-site service.
- Assessing technical issues to determine if on-site assistance is required.
- Performing all on-site activities in accordance with ABB procedures and safety requirements.
- Solving hardware and software functional compatibility problems and mistakes found during service intervention and replaces faulty hardware or software items involved.
- Providing assistance via service calls during and after hours as necessary.
- Performing remote service assistance using remote connection and diagnostics tools.
- Acting as the project leader in the service project by analyzing the project requirements and clarifying the project scope.
- Ensuring the coordination of the other internal and external technicians and assigns them specific tasks related to service needs.
- Diploma/ BE/ B Tech in Electrical/ Mechanical engineering.
- Minimum 5 to 7 years of experience in Low Voltage Motors.
- Good experience in after-sales meeting/production/quality.
- Good experience of Low Voltage Motor’s product & process.
