Job Description

  • 0 – 1 years of work experience
  • Graduates need to apply (B.A. / B.Com / BBA / BHM / B.Sc), B. Tech (Mech/Biotech) can apply.
  • Distance P.G can apply, B.Tech (CS, IT, ECE) & MCA are not eligible
  • Working knowledge of computers & MS Office
  • Shifts Day/Night, In Night shifts Night Allowances will be provided.
  • Excellent Written & Verbal communication skills.

  • Decision Making – Class Go no Go

  • Maintain Basic Financial Reports
  1. Assist the customers with the Training Administration issue/query via Phone, E-mail & Chat
  2. Provide the customer with resolutions / Training scheduling options
  3. Gather additional information about the reported issue
  4. Perform detailed case analysis and document the case in the system and generate ticket
  5. Generate daily / weekly reports for the customer on Microsoft Excel
