Job Description
- Working closely with Site marketing & operation team.
- Follow up with fleet coordinators for the issue of packing list, crane readiness for deployment, Crane maintenance issue.
- Follow up with transport team for arranging DC & E waybills for dispatch of crane accessories.
- Follow up with HO operation & HR team for arranging documents required for Gate pass.
- Follow up with a client for payment recoveries.
- Follow up with the EHS team for safety requirements.
- Follow up with site personnel for day to day activity.
- Reporting of day to day activity to Operation Manager.
- Follow up with Logistics team regarding placement of trailers / current status of mob / Demob of cranes.
- Preparation of monthly site budget.
- Work Experience (Min & Max in years) : 2-3yrs: Across India No. of Positions
