Job Description
- Interact with Chinese counterparts to receive and analyze requirements
- Plan, Execute, Track & Report the activities of the team
- Coach, Mentor and Lead the team
- Design and develop solutions to challenging requirements.
- Support the Manager in development of the team, process optimization and other team management activities.
- Experience in Automotive Embedded Software Development and Design
- Experience in Configuration Management, Change Management and Requirement Analysis
- Experience in interacting with worldwide customers.
- Domain Expertise in automotive – EBS (Or other safety related systems) is preferable.
- Understanding of Safety Critical Automotive systems is preferable.
