Job Description
- Hands on experience in trouble shooting M365 Suite (Outlook/One Drive/ SharePoint) (Earlier termed as O365)
- Well versed with M365 issue troubleshooting and provide solutions.
- Must have excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Key Responsibilities-
- Email Migrations On Prem, IMAP and Cutover migrations.
- Provide L2 and L3 support to clients
- Provide guidance to the current team on L1 issues
- Knowledge on below M365 security is a must
- Intune
- Enterprise Mobility Suite (EMS)
- Data Loss Protection (DLP)
- Advanced Threat Protection
- DNS management
- Maintain a knowledge base and update as per the requirement
- Involve in technical discussion with internal and clients
- Conduct internal and external client technical trainings per requirements
- Willing to work in 24/7 rotational shifts
- Relentless client-focus, and ability to consistently deliver high-quality customer service.
