Job Description
- Consultation with Department head and flawless implementation to achieve set departmental targets. Plan and test prototypes while maintaining excellent records of results and submitting those to knowledge data base at PMO.
- Effective weekly planning, communication and execution to build innovative prototypes selected for organizational growth.
- Participate in team building activities, self management, inter departmental coordination, site visits, customer interaction during DAP, FAT activities, co-ordination with automation team, machine/fabrication/assembly shop, supplier and vendor for on time project completion.
- Actively engage in RCA of field issues, Kaizen, Poka Yoke, cost reduction initiatives.
- Thorough implementation of data storage, retrieval and security management protocols.
