Job Description
- Knowledge / experience in manual testing
- Understand the requirements and write test cases and perform manual testing on the application.
- Review the Test Cases from other team members.
- Provide effective communication regarding issues, objectives, initiatives and performance to plan
- Good to have the knowledge to perform Root Cause Analysis of Defects, if needed
- Strong knowlege / experience in manual testing
- Strong understanding of SQA methodologies
- Nice to have Hands-on Experience or knowledge on some Test Management tool like TFS/MTM etc.,
- Understanding of Agile/Scrum methodology and working experience in an Agile work environment.
- Should have a working knowledge of SOA testing principles.
- Good experience in DB side testing using SQL queries
- Good Interpersonal skills working in agile scrum team.
- Communicative - Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Self-steering
- Problem solving - Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Capable of keeping a helicopter view over his/her part of the features
- Should demonstrate qualities of being a good team player.
- Ability to think out of the box, keen observer and eye for details.
