Job Description
- Candidate should have Bachelor's in Computer Science/ Electrical engineering or related from a good college with 2+ years experience of hands-on testing and testing software development for web & mobile applications.
- Experience with browser-based automation testing (example Selenium or Appium for apps), Experience with performance testing, scale testing - using automated tools.
- Hands-on experience with Python & JavaScript, especially in real world application testing
- Experience looking at web applications, understanding it's functionality, and list comprehensive positive and negative test cases.
- Demonstrated experience as a self-starter - preferably in a start-up for an early-stage product.
- Analytical and documenting skills to document the test cases, along with full user journeys, inputs and screenshots to engineering team for correction.
- Familiarly and understanding of REST APIs, HTML & JavaScript - to help diagnose the tests to the input, frontend or other. Familiarly with Postman and browser debugging tools help
