Job Description
- Having relevant experience on Development/ Implementation of IT applications and mobile applications
- Technical Expertise
- Familiar with .Net Applications and have .Net Core deployment experience
- Must have experience in Oracle stored functions and procedures
- Familiar with IIS, Restful APIs and JSON.
- Must be familiar with Incident Management
- Familiar with Microsoft Office (Word/ Excel)
- Roles and Responsibilities-
- Ensure complete capture of activities (Issues and Bugs/ Change Requests etc.) at client site and get sign off from the client.
- Create the detailed work sheet which identifies and sequences the activities of the task
- Ensure complete ownership for the task assigned and responsible for its success / failure.
- Establish, maintain and communicate scalable, repeatable processes to improve customer satisfaction and operational efficiencies.
- Take corrective actions as and when required.
- Update the daily task schedule with Reporting Authority and all the concerned stakeholders
- Ensure adherence to the Safety, Quality Standards, Policies & Procedures of the Company
- Handling any additional responsibilities as and when assigned by the Reporting Authority
