Eligibility Criteria
- BS/MS/PhD in Electrical Engineering
- 1-4 years of minimum industry work experience
- Proficiency in Power Electronics specifically inverter circuits
- Experience with High Voltage/High Current Systems
- Experience with Cellular and Wifi technologies
- Experience with I2C, I2S, SPI, UART, other communications
- Experience with DSP on microcontroller
- Past work experience taking a product from design to mass manufacturing
- Experience in design, analysis and/or integration of cell-based energy storage system
- Experience with BMS design and Simulation
- Experience in PCB Design, Export, Fabrication, Test
- Outstanding verbal and written communication skills
Job Description
- Responsible for all Power Electronics Design, Simulation, Test, Production
- Responsible for Circuit Analysis and Simulation across all projects
- Circuit Design, Validation, Simulation for AC-DC High Voltage Systems
- Circuit Design, Validation, Simulation for DC-DC LV/HV Systems
- PCB Design, fabrication, and test for consumer level power electronics
- Collaborate with Core Technologies, Manufacturing, Design, Special Projects teams across projects
- Design end-to end hardware board with ST Microcontroller Platform
- Integrate AQM sensors, Environmental sensors, and other GPIO with custom microcontroller platform
- Integrate cellular and wifi networking with custom microcontroller platform
- Test firmware components using C/C++
- Design stress test systems for all power systems
- Develop BOM, materials specifications
- Design, build, test prototypes alongside fabricators
