Job Description
- Agree on design philosophy & design fundamentals with clients
- Review and comment on deliverables produced by Engineers & Technicians at key stages of the project
- Prepare project proposals and presentation to the client
- Identify design variation changes
- Carry out feasibility studies and prepare reports for sustainability options
- Coordinate with the client, project managers and vendors to ensure on-time delivery of projects
- Prepare specifications of materials or equipment based on the project requirement
- Develop cost estimation & bill of materials as per design concept
- Ability to manage the design and construction stages of a project
- Ability to deliver projects as per the agreed deadline and fee
- Ability to do technical review on multiple projects concurrently
- Good knowledge of heat & cooling load calculation, life safety calculations, ventilation calculations, ESP & pump head calculations, pressurization & makeup water tank calculations
- Good knowledge of concept design, buildability, detailed design, construction techniques, procurement routes, risk assessment and claim assessment
- Knowledge of analytical concepts
