Job Description
- Candidate with good experience in end to end recruitment with extensive knowledge on working with direct clients, solid written communication and rapport building ability. Building and Maintaining Database of Contacts and Resumes. Hands on experience in sourcing candidates from Job portals/Job boards extensively and efficiently.
- Head Hunting and ability to interact, develop network though social media, get best referral resource for any given requirement.
- Screening, short listing, sourcing the candidates as per client requirement (given skill set) doing end to end recruitment.
