Job Description
- Java, Javascript, MongoDB and SQL
- Javascript, JSON, MongoDB, Windows OS fundamentals
- Microsoft knowledge, coding understanding
- To support on existing and new upcoming sites for both products - Solarpulse & Teqo OS
- Roles & Responsibilities:
- Installing and configuring, monitoring & Maintaining Products/Applications
- Diagnosing and solving software/ hardware faults
- Logging customer/ employee queries
- Experience working on Java, Javascript, MongoDB and SQL
- Experience on Web and Windows applications
- Good communication & Analytical Skills
- Escalation and reproduction of technical issues for the Hardware/ development team
- Establishing a good working relationship with customers and other professionals, e.g., software developers;
- Talking staff or clients through a series of actions, either face to face or over the telephone to help set up systems or resolve issues
