Job Description
- We are currently hiring candidates with 0-2 Years of experience in Support services for large government organizations. The location for posting can be anywhere across India. The Job may or may not have shifted. The candidate must be BCA, B. Tech or MCA or equivalent with good hold on Microsoft Office, written and Oral Communication Skills.
- System administration and IT certifications in Linux, Microsoft, or other network-related fields are a plus
- Working knowledge of virtualization, VMWare, or equivalent
- Strong knowledge of systems and networking software, hardware, and networking protocols
- Scripting and automation tools
- A knack for developing and implementing IT strategy and plans
- knowledge of implementing and effectively developing helpdesk and IT operations best practices, including knowledge of security, storage, data protection, and disaster recovery protocols would be an added advantage
- Problem-solving
- Experience in Microsoft Office Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
- Verbal communication
