Job Description
- Induce down the line approach to reduce the cost of production without any compromise with quality of product.
- Responsible for documentation & validation of all production related log sheet & records
- Performance monitoring, calibration & analysis of the plant machinery & equipment for the set targets.
- Maintains continuity among work teams by documenting and communicating actions, irregularities, and continuing needs.
- Driving continuous improvement agenda and Motivating and influencing the people in the shop floor to participate in the same.
- Working with cross functional teams to up- grade the process
- Planning and Executing Preventive, Predictive, Breakdown and running maintenance to upkeep the machine & equipment run time.
- To ensure compliance with statutory requirements.
- To analyze & record the daily material balance & production loss
- To prepare and evaluate daily breakdown analysis & overall equipment effectiveness (OEE) report
- Knowledge in SAP
