Job Description
- Developing algorithms and modeling solutions for complex system problems
- Providing technical leadership for small cross-functional modeling teams
- Developing new simulation tools, infrastructure and performance metrics analysis
- Converting ASIC implementation to models
- Optimizing models to balance between performance and accuracy
- Numerically analyzing problems and solutions, and publishing analyses results
- Performing behavioral, numerical and detailed temporal analysis of advanced architectures
- Working with cross-functional engineering teams to develop and optimize new ideas, architectures, algorithms, performance and components
- Modeling memory devices, controllers, interconnects, processors and advanced workloads
- 2+ years of experience with modeling tools and techniques
- 2+ years of experience with C++, SystemC and Python
- 4+ years’ experience storage systems or equivalent.
- Strong working knowledge of architecture, microarchitecture and design analysis
- Strong working knowledge of math, statistics and data analysis skills
- Highly organized and self-motivated
- React and adapt to changes in project requirements
- Excellent software development practices
- Excellent problem solving and troubleshooting skills
- Excellent verbal communication and written skills
- Strong technical leadership skills
- A strong individual contributor as well as a team player
