Job Description
- You will be working as part of the DevOps team working on different DevOps initiatives.
- Support automation efforts across DevOps team utilizing Infrastructure as Code (IaC) using Terraform, Configuration Management, and Continuous Integration (CI) / Continuous Delivery (CD) tools such as Jenkins
- Design, build and automate deployment pipelines for application to our cloud environment.
- Design, implement and automate unit and integration testing processes.
- Create and implement reusable automation for cloud platforms to be used by other teams designed to increase productivity
- Work with administrative resources and support provisioning, monitoring, configuration and maintenance of AWS tools.
- Promote the integration of new cloud technologies and continuously evaluate new tools that will improve the organizations capabilities while leading to lower total cost of operation
- Knowledge of Docker containers and related orchestration technologies
- Knowledge and understanding of CI/CD processes and tools (Jenkins, other)
- Knowledge of Infrastructure as a code using terraform.
- AWS Certifications a plus.
- Kubernetes experience is a plus
- Knowledge of Agile approaches to software development and able to put key Agile
- principles into practice to deliver solutions incrementally.
- Consultant mindset – identify, communicate, and act on issues and initiatives
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and projects simultaneously in an organized and timely
- manner.
- Detailed oriented, with the ability to plan, prioritize, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced
- environment.
