Job Description
- Reviews of Electromechanical items w.r.t Mechanical GAD’s
- Network Design & Hydraulic Modelling for Water Distribution system.
- System Head Curves. Combination Pump Curves.
- Prepare DCI (Document control Index) as per Project Requirement.
- Preparing RFQ for all Electromechanical items.
- Development of BOQs.
- Co- Ordination with Vendor & sub-vendor regarding checking of datasheets / drawings. Review vendor bids and issue technical bid analysis.
- Development of equipment foundation, plant Layout, Electrical Load and Instrument list along with P&IDs.
- Selection of Pump Head, Unit Load Calculations & Pipe Sizing, Materials, Fittings and Quantities of Valves, Water/ Drainage/ Storm supply Pipeline, Water Tank and controls etc.
- Preparation, Pump Head calculation, Materials, Fittings & Valves quantity take off, Execution of Installation, Testing & Commissioning of GI Pipeline
- Communicate with Vendors for compliance and provide technical clearance for ordering.
- Reviews of all Electromechanical items w.r.t Mechanical GAD’s.
- Interaction and coordination with client regarding Mechanical Design work and get the DPR approved. Should be open to travel to client location for discussion, revision and approval of the documents and drawings.
