Job Description
- B.SC (IT), B.Com, B.A, or equivalent Diploma holders
- Knowledge of basic Html & Scripting Languages
- Excellent communication skills
- Knowledge of cross platforms viz. ASP, JSP, JSP sockets, NET for integration
- Willingness to work in shifts
- Key Responsibilities :
- Solve technical queries of local and international clients through email, live chat and telephone
- Basic Database querying
- Co-ordination with all Avenues Bank Partners
- Provide technical support for account integration
- On-site and off-site product training for clients
