Job Description
- Ensure that all stakeholders including the management and all concerned cross functions are well informed about the product or plan and all the updates so that everybody is on the same page.
- Work collaboratively with the various teams in sales, After sales, marketing, support, etc and lead them to deliver a complete customer experience.
- Product
- Defining the features of the product with functions and benefits.
- Localization of accessories to help cost reduction.
- Optimization of features of truck to achieve competitive cost of trucks.
- Promotion
- Support marketing with technical literature, branding statements, feature-function –benefits for marketing events such as exhibitions, customer meets.
- Positioning
- Gather market requirements and share with principal factory to help new product development.
- Map product consumption pattern and maintain optimum product inventory to support right product at right time and place.
