Job Description
- Understand the Design Manuals and release note of the DRC and DFM package
- Manage and automate DFM and OPC checks during IP validation.
- Assist Fab, Field Engineers, IP vendors and Customer on DRC/DFM waiver process and queries.
- Support Fab and IP Regression on ad-hoc DFM request.
- Master’s Degree (MS/MTech) plus min 1 years of Experience or Bachelor’s Degree plus 3yrs of Experience with Specialization in Computer Engineering or Electrical (VLSI, Microelectronics and related) or other relevant Engineerin
- Language Fluency – Proficiency in spoken and written
- Exposure to Semiconductor Process or Layout Design Engineering or Optical Proximity Correction
- Familiar with EDA Physical Verification tools from Mentor Graphics, Cadence, Synopsys.
- Scripting skills in Perl, Tcl/Tk and Linux shell
- Knowledge of database (mySQL or similar) and Python.
- Exceptional Spoken and Written Proficiency in Englis
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong ability to learn and explore new technologies, opportunities, and continuous improvement
- Should be flexible as a Team Player and motivated as an Individual Contributor
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word and PowerPoint
- Ability to interact effectively with both external and internal customers at all levels and from various cultural backgrounds
