- Having knowledge of 3D software (Catia V25/Solid works)
- 3D software Module Knowledge : Surfacing/Solid Modeling/Sheet Metal
- Knowledge of DFMEA & GD&T
- Knowledge of W/H, Rubber & Plastic Parts
- Having experience in component Manufacturing
- Working experience in automobile industry
Job Description
- New Component Concept & design for connector, clips, holder etc.
- Design Review & Validation for the New Product Development.
- Design and Development of plastic and Rubber Automotive Reverse Engineering, Technical Support.
- Detailing of the products for final Part and Tool manufacturing.
- Part Modeling, Surfacing, Assembly and Drafting, and Draft Analysis by
- Mechanical Design Calculations.
- Document preparation like Handling Manual, Product standard, design intension
- Preparation of DFMEA & Tolerance Analysis
