  • Knowledge of W/H, Rubber & Plastic Parts
  • Having experience in component Manufacturing
  • Working experience in automobile industry


Job Description

  • New Component Concept & design for connector, clips, holder etc.
  • Design Review & Validation for the New Product Development.
  • Design and Development of plastic and Rubber Automotive Reverse Engineering, Technical Support.
  • Detailing of the products for final Part and Tool manufacturing.
  • Part Modeling, Surfacing, Assembly and Drafting, and Draft Analysis by
  • Mechanical Design Calculations.
  • Document preparation like Handling Manual, Product standard, design intension
  • Preparation of DFMEA & Tolerance Analysis
