Job Description
- Conducting analysis of plan versus actual project performance under the supervision of the Project Manager or Project Planning & Controls Manager.
- Establishing the project constraints and making initial assessments of the project parameters.
- Defining project milestones and deliverables, draw up project schedule, initiating activities according to schedule.
- Updating project (cost) adjustments, approved by the Project Manager and Controller in SAP or other Project Controls systems.
- Coordinating and monitoring of technical, commercial formalities, inspection, dispatch and post-dispatch activities including active support to site activities for erection, testing & commissioning.
- Communicating appropriate information to customers, internal project stakeholders.
- Controls documentation accuracy and consistency based on tasks assigned by Project Manager or Project Documentation Specialist and procedures agreed with the customer.
