Job Description
- Able to reviews Tender specifications, Engineering design standards, Proposal Playbook, TR&S, Export Control, safety and customer contract requirements.
- Able to develop Engineering deliverables such as PFD, PID, Layout, GA`s, PMS, VMS, Piping, Isometric drawings, spool & Pipe Support drawings.
- Able to perform Pressure vessel, Tanks & Piping design, hydraulic calculations and Pump head calculations.
- Able to conduct global design reviews / participate and lead Hazop /SIL. Reviews. Able to interfaces with customer’s technical representatives and/or the Suez in country local Lead Project Engineer or Proposal Manager reviews
- Able to prepare RFQ packages, review vendor quotes and approve documents for manufacturing
- Knowledge on Design tools, International codes and standards - ASME, DIN, EN, IS, BS, AS etc.,
- Sound knowledge on Materials / Metallurgy on metallic and nonmetallic Pumps, valves, Equipments, pipes and fittings
- Working knowledge on ACAD, Solidworks, Navisworks and PDMS
- Assist local / global Proposal Engineers / Sales team for the Bid Engineering deliverables.
- Mentor other Engineers.
