- Lead the HW tools development team in Hyderabad
- Oversee design and layout of evaluation boards
- Define and develop the company wide layout process
- Make sure design are optimized for test and manufacturing
- Solid understanding of hardware development
- Solid understanding of PCB layout and production
- Experience form electronic manufacturing
- Experience form electronic design for test and manufacturing
- Experience of design specifications and review
- Knowledge of embedded systems
- Genuine interest for defining and refining development processes.
- Experience/knowledge in low-power hardware design techniques.
