Job Description
- Preparation of process documents like PFD, PFEMA, Control Plan, Assembly instruction sheet, packing standard
- Design & establish assembly line facilities in line with Capital Budget.
- Design & development of jigs, fixtures & special tools to assembly line.
- Forecast the capital budget for the products, monitor and report to Management on monthly basis.
- Selection of equipment's & preparation of technical write up for all capital equipment’s.
- Material handling design & implementation into assembly line
- Implementation of TOT (Transfer of Technology) projects from our SISCO and gets approval from customer
- Preparation of assembly cell layout and plant layout.
- Preparation and implementation of Line Balancing in assembly with the help of Standard Man hour (SMH) time
- Draw Value stream mapping Current & Future map to identify bottleneck process
- De-bottleneck the process by launching kaizen workshop along with manufacturing team.
- Preparation of problem bank and arrive the action plan to improve the process in QCD approach.
- Implement the productivity improvement and prepare the Kaizen sheet to capture the benefits.
- Conduct the Time study and preparation of depth process analysis to identify the VA & NVA activities.
- Experience in Auto CAD & CATIA
- Experience in MS excel with advance programme
- Plant layout preparation with 3P techniques
- Working knowledge of assembly process
- Experience in Tool design (Machine building, Special tools & fixtures)
- Hand on experience in Technology Transfer
- Knowledge in ERP like MBOM, Work centre and TMC
- Knowledge in Value stream mapping (VSM)
- Knowledge in Line balance
- MOST techniques
- Continuous improvement.
