Job Description
- Prepare and update project schedules (MSP) based on the Order details.
- Prepare a BoM (SAP) as per drawings released by Engineering.
- Sales Orders booking & Production orders releasing into ERP (SAP)
- Decide Routings & sequencing as per resources available.
- Capacity Planning – In-house /Outside resources.
- Preparing production plans on Daily/Weekly/Monthly basis
- Variance reporting – Production Volume/Cost/Hrs
- Sub vendor’s/Suppliers coordination & follow up
- Set work program and target milestones for each phase based on the project plan.
- Monitor critical activities based on the project schedule and advise project management.
- Monitor day to day work progress and prepare the weekly and monthly program and report.
- Maintain and record update of shop work progress Vs Planned.
- Review planned vs. actual resource levels.
- Participate in project meetings and discussions with the Client as required.
- Close co-ordination between Sales & Production
- Coordinate with other departments as necessary, like supply chain, R&D and Engineering.
- Undertake additional responsibilities and tasks as required by the project / business
- Adhering to company’s Health, Safety, Environmental & Quality (HSEQ) procedures
- Adhering to company’s Values, Business principles and Code of conduct
- Perform other duties and responsibilities as may be assigned from time to time.
