Job Description
- Manage quality aspects directly related to ISO standard.
- Develop Quality management systems, with focus on auditing process, KPIs management, training/competences development, SOPs and instructions and improvement projects/activities.
- Support line management in their (line management) Quality accountability.
- Contribute and drive the organization to maintain and improve defined quality level of processes in accordance with legal requirements, Alfa Laval standard/specifications and customer requirements.
- Support to guarantee customer requirements are completely fulfilled.
- Promote and manage continuous improvement projects/activities in Quality area, in alignment with Alfa Laval Quality Strategy.
- Participate in vendor evaluation & development.
- Coordinate with various departments within E&S to resolve hurdles/ bottlenecks that might hamper quality of supply and installation.
- Support handling of claims of E&S related to supply.
- Claim registration in ACT, securing availability of relevant data Request corrective actions.
- Communication with customers and central AL w.r.t Claim.
- Provide technical and application support to solve claims.
