About Company
Job Description
- Design skills related to HVAC, Fire Fighting & Building mechanical systems.
- Navis work clash detection and understanding of 2D drawings (design/IFC/shop)
- Awareness of different plumbing systems such as Waste/sanitary, water supply, Storm/rain water, grease line etc.
- Excellent understanding and knowledge of working on BIM platforms – Revit, CAD etc
- Exposure to US Projects is a Must.
- Ensure Level of Quality control for Completeness and adherence to company standards of all Drawings produced.
- Work with BIM Coordinator / Manager creating RFIs, progress Reports etc
- Ensure construction documents accuracy based on discipline BIM Modeling.
- Strong Communication Skills.
