Eligibility Criteria
- Graduate Engineer with a minimum of five years of experience
- Relevant Experience – Project Industry / Mass Production Industry
- Qualification – Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering (BE Mechanical Or Electrical)
- Must have knowledge of ERP system (Preferably SAP).
- Must have knowledge of MS office tools.
- Extensive mechanical/Electrical knowledge and experience to carry out mechanical fault finding and
- Repair/replace mechanical parts as required.
- TPM, Kaizen, 5’s, ISO.
- Added advantage, if has experience working with the textile industry.
- Good communication skill
Job Description
- Prime responsibility to upkeep LASER cutting machines and Sewing machines (Mechanical & Electrical) with calibrations & maintaining critical Spares inventory.
- Servicing & Maintaining the plant equipment electrically & mechanically fit (DG set, compressor,
- LT/HT panels, transformer, capacitor panels, UPS, chiller, Cranes, lightings etc)
- Maintaining equipment compliance with respect to HSE guidelines.
- Expertise in VFD, HMI, PLC, electrical control panel wiring, ladder diagram & troubleshooting
- Hands-on experience on electrical components like contactor, relays, temp controllers, breakers, motors, heaters, switchboards, etc
- Calibrating lifting and Material handling equipment (forklifts, cranes, hoists)
- Planning & Implementing the Preventive, Predictive, Breakdown & corrective maintenance
- schedules of plant equipment & machinery Installation & commissioning of new equipment
- Energy-saving initiatives (daily data capturing, monitoring & controlling)
- Dealing with government authorities relates to Power (MSEB), EMS & waste control (MPCB) and Factory Inspector, etc.
- Leading & Execution of yearly electrical audits
- Loss time data capturing, analysis & preventive measures to minimize breakdowns
- Review of breakdown trends for the reliability of plant & machines
- Sub vendor’s/Suppliers coordination & follow up
- Monitor critical activities based on the PM schedule and advise the Production team.
- Monitor day-to-day work progress and prepare the weekly and monthly program and report.
- The close co-ordination Production team
- Undertake additional responsibilities and tasks as required by the project/business
- Adhering to the company’s Health, Safety, Environmental & Quality (HSEQ) procedures
- Adhering to the company’s Values, Business Principles, and Code of conduct
- Perform other duties and responsibilities as may be assigned from time to time.
