- Able to perform routine tasks with minimal supervision; but also, able to work effectively within the team dynamic as required
- Ability to effectively manage multiple projects and priorities.
- Ensures client specifications are met and deliverables are issued in a timely manner.
- Ability to work collaboratively and accept feedback from internal groups
- Proactive approach to addressing problems and ability to recommend solutions
- Strong attention to detail required
- Excellent written, verbal communication and comprehension skills
- Excellent communication, Problem-solving, stakeholder relationship management and analytical & negotiation skills.
- Able to work independently.
- Co-ordination between Inter-company & Intra-Company people for execution and installation.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, Creo or 3D modelling software.
- Experience in working with ERP system for BOM creation and editing.
- Knowledge of Geometric Dimensioning and Tolerances.
- Practical knowledge of 3D printing
- Familiarity with FEA and CFD simulations
- Flexibility to work different schedules as needed to meet strict deadlines
