Job Description
- Design and re-engineering current manufacturing system / processes, Methods to
- improve productivity and cost effectiveness
- Improve manufacturing efficiency by analyzing and planning work flow,
- Undertake continuous training and development for team.
- Supervise and motivate a team of workers.
- Perform root cause analysis and resolve problems
- Support and lead process improvement activities.
- Contribute to continuous improvement activities through Lean and best practices implementation.
- Quality control of work by appropriate reviews
- Investigate production and process issues providing technical support and training
