ACG North America LLC is Hiring for Mechanical Engineer

•   Monitor equipment breakdown and implement CAPA actions.

•   Conduct root cause analysis of repeated breakdowns to eliminate & reduce the breakdowns.

•   Ensure availability of critical spares.

•   Manage systems and equipment data storage and maintain high levels of standards and accuracy.

•   Monitor repair & maintenance expenses and ensure adherence to the budgeted norms.

•   Ensure calibration of all equipments like pressure vessels, lifting equipments etc.

•   Participate in cross functional improvement projects.

•   Assist in preparing monthly MIS report.

•   Adhere to daily and weekly checks to ensure smooth operation all equipments. 

•   Arrange resources required for maintenance activities.
