Job Description
- Create drawings for the IC Packages using CAD software (Preferably Auto CAD)
- Create and Modify Bond Diagrams, Package Outline Drawings, Mark Template drawing, Lid drawing, Stiffener drawing, Interposer Drawings, and Wire Bond Diagrams &Other Manufacturing drawing is the added advantage.
- Review NPN instructions and data links
- Review design guidelines related to the package application
- Review ADR (Assembly Design Request) information
- Perform route studies
- Layout design with optimal trace routing
- Review drawing quality
- Perform peer check with standard drawing checklist
- Document design rule violations
- Understand counterpart requirements and should be able manage individually by strong oral and written skills
- Review finished design with all interested parties
