Job Description
- Design feasibility Analysis
- Develop 3D / 2D concepts
- Adherence to Product Development Cycle
- Manage Product level requirements and compliances
- Conduct Design Reviews
- Prepare DFMECA
- Collaborate with RAMS team for FTA, Safety, Reliability and LCC assessments
- Prepare Validation Plan, Specifications and Reports
- Understanding of Design principles and Standardization
- Continuous Improvements to improve product reliability and reduce LCC
- Ensure compliance to global standards and applications
- Able to study, interpret and prepare detailed pneumatic schemes
- Able to understand electrical schemes
- Able to perform hand calculations
- Own and manage Design deliverables with First Time Right approach and ensure OTD
- Travelling to Field for Installation, Testing, Commissioning and Troubleshooting activities
- Establish Communication with global product teams
- Innovation and Creative thinking
- Knowledge on DFM, DFA, DFSS
