Job Description
- Find the ways to optimize and strategize automation in the testing stream for Volvo Group Truck Technologies
- Find innovative methods to get the best results and also to automate areas where regression testing is needed.
- Driving a team on test automation and secure planned deliverables.
- Participate in Functional reviews to make sure that the functionalities defined are testable and a suitable test strategy can be identified and automated.
- Participate in the Product roadmap discussion to decide on the verification roadmap for the component, ECU, Subsystem.
- Testing ECUs and electronic network/system of a truck using automation
- Plan the needed tools for testing and connected activities
- Experience from product development within automotive industry
- Truck Driver’s license (C or CE) is a bonus
- High interest in automotive, electronics engineering and software.
- Deep knowledge of our products
- Good knowledge within diagnostic area and related standards e.g. ISO-14229, ISO-15765, SAE-J 2534 and ISO-13400
- Familiar with diagnostic design of electrical architecture, systems, hardware and software
- Good Programming and scripting skills preferably in C#,XML, Python
- Good knowledge in System Integration and Framework/System testing
- Good knowledge in Automotive Trouble Shooting of SW/Electrical systems
- In vehicle testing, extensive truck knowledge or truck customer experience
