- High knowledge on PTC products
- Good on multitasking and a high sense of ownership
- Experience in PTC products PDMlink, MPMLink, PartsLink - Mandatory
- Understanding of ProjectLink, Option and Variants, Creo and SUMA
- Knowledge on Windchill ESI architecture
- Knowledge on TIBCO Business Works, EMS, and Adapter software components
- Knowledge on Requirement Management in Windchill
- Knowledge on Engineering Change Management
- Expertise in Windchill 11
- Good technical leadership skills
- Good stakeholder management skills
- Good communication skills, both verbal and written
- Ability to work with global organization
- Direct and resolve PLM systems, compliance and request management related tickets/issues
- Take the lead in improving down the number of tickets/issues together with core team & stakeholders and ensure seamless execution of business delivery
- Define and direct performance metrics and continuous improvements
- Perform Root Cause Analysis (RCA) of PLM systems related tickets/issues and Provide Corrective and Preventive actions
- Develop permanent solutions for business critical issues in collaboration with PLM/CAD development team and implement the solutions
- Prepare guidelines for best practices to reduce compliance & process related issues
- Develop/propose stringent workflow to avoid human errors
- Direct strategic initiatives and performance reporting/monitoring
