Job Description
- Production support and maintenance for existing databases and processes
- Enhancements across all back-end production systems
- Writing and debugging stored procedures, functions and views
- Optimizing performance
- Support, enhancements and maintenance to manual and automated testing scripts
- Consistently create well-designed, tested code using ATS standards for database development
- Create back-end database processes using ATS standard T-SQL, C# and .Net Core best practices
- Tracking JIRA workflows with team to provide visibility and consistency
- Constantly enhance knowledge and skills of different and emerging industry trends and technology
- Enhance and support existing databases and implement new databases
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Excellent verbal and written skills, including experience writing technical specifications
- 5 years work experience as a Database developer
- BSCS in computer science
- 5 years experience in Microsoft SQL Server
- Work independently without supervision
- Extensive experience writing T-SQL stored procedures
- Experience with C#, writing, compiling and debugging windows forms applications
- Familiarity with .Net Core,Postgresql, Kubernetes and container development
- Proficient writing testing and debugging scripts using QA tools
