- Meeting the individual quantity target on the daily/weekly basis.
- Process improvement/development in respective area.
- All internal and external customer needs to be completed on demand.
- Classification of technical documents as per defined product hierarchy in Civil, Construction Mechanical, structural and facility categories.
- Communicate effectively with all internal/external customers, colleagues, subordinates, SMEs
- Understanding on Electrical/ Mechanical /Civil/ Structural products is must.
- Understanding of specifications of engineering products is a must.
- Site/production supervision experience with know how Civil/Structural/Electrical/Mechanical equipment used at construction site or in production environment.
- Content production experience resources preferred.
- Knowledge of quality standards and procedures.
- Working knowledge on MS office products.
- Good interpersonal and behavioral skills.
- Excellent written and spoken English
- Excellent problem-solving skills.
- Good team player
