Schaeffler India is Hiring for Team Leader - Mechanical

• Responsible for production as per defined cycle times to fulfill customer requirements and production targets
• Lead team of operators to achieve the target
• Productivity improvement as per defined utilization of machine capacity and quality parameters
• Lead team in productivity improvement measures and kaizen
• Participate in specific excellence drive like FFQ/MOVE/RTY and other programs as defined by organization time to time
• Maintain quality parameters and ensure quality of bearings being inspected. Use SPC to control the quality of production
• Identify and rectify process faults and minor machine maintenance
• Planning and ensuring 5S & TPM across the cells with database

Desired Candidate Profile

• Diploma / Engineering in Mechanical / Production / Industrial Engineering
• 5 to 10 years of production experience
• Proven skills in Manufacturing background

Education- B.Tech/B.E. in Mechanical/ Diploma in Mechanical
