Roles and Responsibilities

• Raise enquiry for the Indented spares
• Discuss with the customer about the lead time
• Preparation of Comparative Chart on the recd. offers
• Finalization of order after selection of vendor
• Arrangement of the material within agreed lead time
• Keep the track of pending PR and PO
• Closing of unused PO

Desired Candidate Profile

• Issue schedule to the stock Items supplier
• Co-ordination for the delivery of the material as per Plan
• Float enquiry for the Job work Indent
• After comparison release the work order in consultation with customer
• Replying to Audit queries
