Eligibility Criteria
- 2 – 4 years of experience in ServiceNow with both Development and Administration abilities
- Candidates should have good knowledge on ServiceNow Scripting - Client Scripts, Business rules, Jelly scripts, UI pages, Flow Designer, Workflow
- Have strong understanding of ITIL process
- Working experience with Service Catalog creation and Maintanence along with automation experience in Catalog
- Good at troubleshooting ServiceNow issues with related to CMDB
- Facilitating roll out of new applications and modules
- Good Communication Skills
- Willing to work in US EST timing( till 2 AM IST)
