Eligibility Criteria
- New product development of precision powertrain components for IC Engines
- Worked on new product development projects with Major OEM’s of India / Global (for eg. Mahindra, Tata, Maruti Suzuki, Ford, GM, Renault-Nissan etc.,)
- Handling of power train components development projects from RFQ to SOP, meeting customer’s requirements
- Knowledge of IATF 16949 System in new product development, APQP and use of DFMEA
- Must be in a position to travel to Automotive OEM’s / to field wherever the vehicle / engine failure happens for joint inspection of the engine.
- Hands on experience on handling Technical review meetings / Presentation skills
- Co-ordinate multiple projects concurrently
- Work closely with CFT for the project related discussions and bring to a conclusion.
- Use of national and international standards for product development (For Eg. IS / ISO DIN JIS standards)
- Preparation of DVPR, agreeing with customer, get test results, and prepare final test reports.
- Hands on experience in product benchmarking
- Supporting team in Preparation of Standards, Specifications
- Hands on experience in Investigation / Examination reports on failed / engine tested parts
- Knowledge in MS Office (MS Word, Excel, Power point) and MS Projects
