Eligibility Criteria
- Bachelor or above in Electronics/Electrical Engineering (or related) with minimum 3 - 5 years' supplier management experience;
- Familiar with electronic components manufacturing and assembly;
- Experience with battery thermal management is preferable;
- Strong leadership, interpersonal and communication skills to interact with external and internal stakeholders;
- Familiar with automotive procedures such as APQP/PPAP/IATF16949. Able to lead/facilitate process improvements and suppliers' development;
- Able to work independently and travel frequently in domestic and international environment;
- Ability to solve problems in a structured manner;
- Excellent written and verbal English skills
Job Description
- Lead the Supplier APQP development role from category perspective include the sub-components and sub-suppliers if applicable
- Lead the supplier cross function team to follow the problem resolving procedure in automotive industry way and report out the internal stakeholders
- Work together with the category team to develop the supplier sourcing strategy and perform the supplier manufacturing process audit, including SEMAT
- Drive continuous improvements and resolution of systematic site concerns. Provide site Lessons Learned to program and suppliers.
- Lead supplier audit and development, follow up the closure of actions
- Secure that VCC global supplier base fulfils quality and capacity requirements.
- Follow up the engineering change related to supplier process
