Your new role – challenging and future-oriented
- Responsible for Servicing of Small/ Medium/ Aero derivative Gas Turbines products at customer sites.
- Plan, coordinate, and execute onsite service activities to interface with customer’s requirements
- Liaise with projects, engineering, and other departments as required to obtain a full technical and commercial briefing prior to traveling to site
- Carry out the on-site service/ overhaul activities to bring the package into service and obtain customer acceptance.
- Implement approved design changes and modifications that may be required to bring the product up to specification.
- Document problems encountered and design changes carried out whilst at site, for presentation at formal debrief meetings
- Maintain a full log of service/ overhaul activities and record any customer delays during activities, complete a concise report.
- Carry out troubleshooting activities
- Ensure compliance with company/customer HSE policy during all activities
- Train customer personnel.

- Diploma/ Degree in Mechanical Engineering
- Minimum 2-4 years of work experience as a Field Service Engineer
- Willingness to travel on sites and offshore platforms for long durations
- Verbal and written communication skills in English
- Positive attitude towards learning & contribution to business success
- Strong customer orientation
