PRIMARY FUNCTION:

• This position will be based in Pune and will be in the Shared service center of the Supply chain management function (SCMServices).
• The principal role of this position is to support Eaton businesses- Aerospace, Corporate, Electrical, and Vehicle group in the tactical Invoice Reconciliation activities.
• This includes understanding materials purchased, materials billed, received, and the ongoing management of supplier relationships. This position requires the incumbent to work in the US
• shifts.
• The objective of GSCCOE (SCM Services) is to be a strategic partner to Eaton Supply Chain enabling process excellence and resource optimization.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:

• Working knowledge of Invoice Management.
• Manage Open Invoices to clear for payment.
• Able to investigate invoices as per the standard procedure.
• Basic understanding of reasons of Error Holds.
• Should be able to analyze invoice issues and communicate across to seek resolution.
• Invoice ‘on hold’ resolution for timely payments to the vendors.
• Basic level Excel knowledge is essential.
• Flexible in attitude and approach to accepting all tasks related to the position & Flexible attitude to work with the willingness to learn new skills when required

Qualifications

SPECIALIZED KNOWLEDGE:

• Bachelors with 1-2 Yrs exp in SCM processes
• Knowledge in Microsoft Excel & Office
• Good communication skills to work with teams remotely
• Quick response to deadlines
• Flexible in attitude and approach to accepting all tasks related to the position & Flexible attitude to work with the willingness to learn new skills when required
