Job Responsibilities :
- Ensure 100% adherence to defined systems and procedures
- Provide quality briefings to all supervisors and vendor resources
- Support the lead quality manager at each maintenance point
- Record miss outs identified during the audit process
- Impart on the job training to field executives and vendors
- Share best practices to improve overall efficiency
- Issue non-confirmatory and field observation reports as per process
- Maintain and publish audit reports to relevant stakeholders
- Conduct quality audit as per process and identify areas of improvement
- Coordinate with field team for root cause analysis of fault pertaining to fiber and tower construction
Education Requirement :
- B.E./ Diploma in Civil/ Electrical/ Mechanical/ Electronics and Communication (preferred)
Experience Requirement :
- 3 – 5 years
